Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, source, and hire qualified candidates. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, developing sourcing strategies, and ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience for candidates.


Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles (blue-collar & white-collar), including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offering.Collaborate with department managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.Source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and recruitment agencies.Schedule and conduct initial phone/video screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate data and recruitment progress.Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates at all stages of the hiring process.Assist in employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice.Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and internal policies.Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards (e.g., time-to-hire)Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably across a mix of functions and levels.Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of various recruitment platforms.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.Good understanding of labor law and hiring standards.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in E-Commerce platform non-food products (Home care, detergents, …etc) FMCG or retail is a plus.
