We are looking for a high-performing Sales Lead. This is a rare opportunity to become a critical member of a rapidly growing, well-funded start-up. As a Sales Lead you will focus primarily on revenue development, and aggressive market expansion by selling Bosta’s suite of products and related services that will be deployed across its shipper segment.
- Lead generation through market research
- Arrange sales meetings with prospective corporate clients
- Identifies service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Work alongside the business in the areas of strategy, sales operations, and financial goals of the department
- Identify all sales channels, and implement and execute effectively on sales strategies to win this segment
1-3 years of experienceB2B sales in the logistics/E-commerce industry is preferable.Must be results-oriented and goal-driven Outgoing and persuasive personalityStrong negotiation skills to close salesStrong existing working relationships with clientsVery good English level.Familiarity with logistics industry is a plusExperience using support tools Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsPatience when handling tough cases from couriers .. etc.,
