- Analyze and monitor performance across departments (Sales, Supply Chain, etc.).
- Design and maintain dashboards and performance reports using Excel and Power BI.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to define performance metrics and track progress.
- Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
- Drive continuous performance improvement through regular reporting and analysis.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance analysis, business intelligence, or data analytics.Advanced proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Solid understanding of KPIs, business metrics, and operational performance.PIs, business metrics, and operational performance.Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience in retail, E-Commerce or FMCG is a plus.
