1-Plant Operation:

• Monitor the daily operation of water and wastewater treatment plants and desalination systems (RO/STP/IWWTP/UF).
• Ensure proper operation of key equipment such as pumps, blowers, filtration units, and control/instrumentation systems.
• Track operating conditions, analyze technical issues, and implement immediate solutions.

2-Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Supervise emergency repair works and minimize equipment downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to execute scheduled repair activities.
• Review breakdown logs, analyze recurring issues, and recommend long-term solutions.

3-Supervision & Reporting:

• Supervise daily activities of O&M technicians and assign tasks.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on plant performance, energy and chemical consumption, and maintenance activities
• Support the procurement department in identifying required spare parts and technical specifications.

4-Optimization & Improvement:

• Participate in evaluating the efficiency of O&M activities and propose performance enhancement ideas.
• Analyze chemical consumption and work on optimizing its usage.
