We are seeking a Quality Systems Section Head to join our dynamic  team. In this critical role, He/She will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of our quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance product quality.

• Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) in alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational goals
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits, ensuring adherence to established quality standards
• Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective action planning for non-conformities and quality incidents
• Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to establish quality metrics and monitor performance
• Provide training and support to staff on quality processes and best practices
• Lead initiatives to evaluate and improve existing quality systems and processes

Educational BackgroundBachelor's degree in engineering or related science from national universities only (no higher institutes)10+ years of experience in quality systems managementKnowledge of quality management standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001 etc.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and write reportExperience with auditing processes and regulatory complianceSAP/ Oracle userProficiency in Arabic and English fitting with the role and the intensive reporting requirements entailedCertifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferredFamiliarity with quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)Technical Skills and Relevant TechnologiesProficiency in quality management software and toolsStrong understanding of statistical analysis and quality control techniquesExperience with document control systems and electronic quality management systems (eQMS)work experience with Oracle or SAPSoft Skills and Cultural FitExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentDetail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to qualityProactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
