Bachelor's degree in Architecture.1- 3 years of professional experience in architectural design, rendering, and construction documentation.Proven experience in handling projects from concept to execution, including site involvement. Technical Proficiency:Proficient in drafting and planning using AutoCAD and Revit.Proficient in 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering using software such as 3ds Max, Lum ion, V-Ray or Corona. Understanding of design principles, spatial planning, materials, and lighting for both interior and exterior environments. Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, construction techniques, and detailing. Design & Visualization:Capable of developing creative and functional interior and exterior architectural concepts.Able to produce high-quality visual presentations including renderings, walkthroughs, and concept boards for client approval. Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple project deadlines.Collaborative and proactive mindset, especially during on-site coordination.
