• Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the recruitment process for both white-collar and blue-collar positions as per the approved manpower plan.
  • Manage HR operations through ERP systems, including data entry, employee records, reporting, and updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all personnel-related data in both hard copy and digital formats.
  • Ensure all employment documentation and legal requirements are completed and up to date.
  • Register new hires in HR databases and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
  • Update and manage HR databases with personnel changes including hiring, resignations, and terminations.
  • Track employee attendance, leaves, and handle fingerprint attendance system operations.
  • Support in the preparation of HR reports and metrics when needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in HR operations, including personnel and systems.Experience with Odoo  ERP system is a big plus.Excellent computer skills, and HR databases.Experienced in MS Excel.Familiarity with Egyptian labor law.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
