- Preparing reports (daily - weekly - monthly) to clarify the executive position of the business, whether by the owner or internally
- Prepare a timetable for projects under implementation and update it periodically
- Follow up, evaluate, calculate and analyze the actual progress status
- Monitor labor productivity on site
- Monitoring supplies and purchases and their arrival times at a site according to work needs
- Monitoring the work of engineering designs and drawings and the times of their arrival to a site according to the work’s need
- Providing proposals and alternatives to ensure business progress
- Create an emergency plan to avoid risks
