Managing, mentoring, and motivating a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Sales Performance Analysis:

Analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and developing strategies to improve sales performance and efficiency.

Business Development:

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.

Market Research:

Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential opportunities and challenges.

Reporting and Presentations:

Preparing reports on sales performance, presenting findings to management, and providing recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration:

Working with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts. 

 

 


At least 6 years of experience in sales.Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.Ability to analyze sales data and develop data-driven strategies.Proficiency in using sales tools and technologies.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
