Core Responsibilities
Coordinates & monitors all JCI compliance activities and participates in the regular audit process.
Collaborates with all hospital departments and divisions to:
Identify problems that impact on delivery of quality patient care.
Establish priorities for improvement based on impact on patient care.
Assist the quality manager in developing effective patient care review and evaluation mechanisms.
Coordinates the quality department teams work
Performs tracer surveys & other types of internal surveys to measure the hospital performance on regular basis.
Participate in the collection, analysis and interpretation of the quality measures
Participates in the education and training of staff on the quality program and their respective responsibilities in it.
Actively participates in, or facilitates, or assign a quality team member to participate on committees such as: Infection Control, Blood Bank, etc.
Shares in the quality improvement projects.
Performs other related duties as requested by the quality manager.
Bachelor degreeExperience in medical care experience in quality management.Excellent interpersonal communications and problem-solving skills. Excellent command of oral and written English. Computer skills.
