    • Deliver diverse, engaging teaching strategies that maintain student interest.
    • Explain lesson objectives at the start and use effective questioning techniques.
    • Organize classroom environment to maintain discipline and support learning.
  • Assessment & Feedback
    • Design assessments (tests, quizzes, projects) to evaluate student understanding.
