• Advanced Technical Expertise
  Serve as a subject matter expert in core engineering disciplines relevant to the GEPD plant, providing technical guidance and innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
• Design & Implementation Leadership
  Support the review of BOQ design, VOCs, and IFC specifications, and oversee installation of construction activities and facility modifications, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and safety standards.
• Problem Solving & Optimization
  Identify and act on opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the plant.
• Project Contribution & Oversight
  Contribute significantly to major engineering projects, potentially leading specific civil packages and ensuring adherence to quality specifications.
• Mentorship & Knowledge Transfer
  Mentor junior engineers and technical staff, share best practices, and monitor team performance. Provide encouragement, recognition, coaching, and support for continuous learning and improvement.
• Documentation & Standards
  Develop, review, and maintain facility documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
• Collaboration
  Work effectively with cross-functional teams to align engineering solutions with production objectives and quality standards.

Academic Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.Master's degree or professional engineering license/certification is considered a strong plus.Professional Experience Required6–8 years of experience in a Civil or Architectural Engineering role within construction projects.Proven, hands-on expertise in complex civil activity design, including reviewing and implementing BOQs.Experience in contributing to or leading engineering projects from concept to completion.Computing SkillsProficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Personal SkillsExcellent analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex technical problems.High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.Effective verbal and written communication skills for technical discussions and reporting.Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.Strong mentorship and knowledge-sharing abilities.LanguagesFluent in both written and spoken English.Arabic proficiency is a plus for effective local communication.
