- Attracting suitable calibers through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Plan, execute, and oversee training inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specification.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.+3 years of experience as a recruiter.Strong technical knowledge of engineering principles and practices.Fluent English language skills (Speaking and Writing Focus).Excellent email etiquette skills.Strong negotiation and communication skills.
