Job Accountabilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare, review, and maintain reports, presentations, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely responses to inquiries.
• Maintain organized filing systems, databases, and records while upholding strict data security protocols.
• Identify and implement administrative best practices to optimize efficiency and workflow effectiveness.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, adhering to company policies.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field. Additional certifications in administrative support are preferred.Competences and Skills:• Ability to draft, proofread, and edit business correspondence, reports, and presentations with high quality and accuracy.• English Fluency and comfortable handling confidential and complex discussions in English• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and administrative tools.• In-depth understanding of office management practices, document preparation, and executive support.• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling administrative tasks and documents.
