Public Relations Team-Leader

  • Develop and implement PR strategies to strengthen the company’s image, promote key initiatives, and manage public perception.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets to secure positive coverage and manage press inquiries.
  • Plan and oversee corporate events, exhibitions, and PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Draft press releases, speeches, and other communication materials to convey the company’s messaging effectively.
  • Track media coverage and public sentiment, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Act as a partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure cohesive external communication.
  • Assist in managing PR responses during sensitive situations to safeguard the company’s reputation.

Education:             Bachelor's degree in public relations, media, or marketing. Competences and Skills:Strong Communication Skills:Ability to communicate effectively with media and the public.Creative Writing:Skill in writing press and promotional content.Time Management:Ability to organize multiple tasks and ensure timely execution.Media Handling Skills:Proficiency in managing relationships with media professionals.Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze audience reactions and media campaign results.
