Sales and Business Development Manager (Food Industry experience is a must)

  • Develop a sales application report to track sales for company . 
  • Develop and maintain all sales data mining reports (Target Machine planning – Capability reports – Dashboard reports – Integration reports – Interactive reports).
  • Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer rating
  • Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
  • Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue
  • Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met 
  • Track all business-related invoices. 
  • Train sales professionals and help improve their skills
  • Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solution
  • Promote the company’s products or services to prospective client
  • Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guideline
  • Supports sales team in processing system orders and ensuring order is approved and fulfilled
  • Coordinates between sales team orders and stock available at factory to achieve plans.
  • Collects data from multiple sources as needed and determine how to unify into a single data set when needed to complete necessary analysis.
  • Performing further analysis to determine the meaning of the data and provide additional data screening.
  • Preparing reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization to allow for quick insight and understanding.
  • Reviewing analysis results and support insights and conclusion building.
  • Set sales targets on annual and monthly bases based on regional strategic contribution and other criteria.
  • Responsible for studying past sales data to determine trends in productivity and penetration SKUs
