- Receive and analyze new project requests from departments (Engineering, Consulting, Marketing, Media, Brokerage).
- Categorize requests based on project type, nature, and priority level.
- Prepare a standardized request form including: Scope – Objectives – Deliverables – Timeline.
- Develop a detailed work plan for each project including: Scope of Work, Timeline, Resource requirements (human, technical, financial)
- Risk analysis and set Estimated budget
- Design ready-to-use templates for breaking down projects into: Milestones – Tasks – Subtasks.
- Define project success criteria (KPIs – Quality Gates)
- Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to the project plan.
- Schedule weekly meetings with operational teams to monitor performance.
- Manage workload and task distribution based on priority.
- Utilize Odoo system for task tracking, updates, and report generation.
- Coordinate with executive managers to determine the required specialties for each project.
- Monitor team performance and motivate them to achieve project goals.
- Intervene promptly to resolve conflicts or operational delays.
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management covering: Status of ongoing projects, Progress percentages, Challenges and proposed solutions, Satisfaction evaluation of beneficiary departments.
- Develop an internal methodology for project management including: Categorization of projects by type and size, Priority assessment model (Matrix of Urgency/Impact) and Lessons Learned Repository.
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.5–7 years of experience in managing diverse projects within multi-disciplinary environments.Master’s degree in Project Management or Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.PMP, Prince2, or PMO certification is mandatory.Certification in Agile/Scrum or Digital Project Management is preferred.Hands-on experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems.Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Experience working with technical, marketing, and consulting teams.
