To oversee and manage all administrative and support service operations including housekeeping, hygiene, fleet transportation, facility maintenance, buffet services, and security, ensuring a clean, safe, efficient, and well-organized working environment across all company locations.
- Supervise and ensure high standards of housekeeping and hygiene in all facilities in line with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee fleet management, including scheduling, maintenance, fuel control, and driver supervision.
- Manage facility maintenance, including preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings, infrastructure, and equipment.
- Supervise catering and buffet operations, ensuring cleanliness, food quality, and service efficiency.
- Lead and manage the company’s security operations including gate control, surveillance systems, guard performance, and incident response.
- Implement policies and procedures for all administrative functions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure that all vendors and service providers adhere to agreed contracts and performance standards.
- Monitor administrative budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Conduct periodic audits and inspections across all operational areas and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and other activities requiring administrative coordination.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facility Management, or a related field.7–15 years of experience in administrative or facility operations management, including security and fleet oversight.Strong understanding of industrial hygiene, security protocols, transportation logistics, and maintenance procedures.Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative management tools.High integrity and the ability to handle sensitive issues confidentially.
