Operations Specialist

  1. Client Booking Management:
    • Handle all aspects of client bookings, from initial inquiries to final confirmations.
    • Negotiate rates and contracts to ensure the highest possible earnings for our models.
    • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction levels.
    • Develop new businesses to maintain a new steam of clients
  2. Operations Coordination:
    • Liaise with drivers and logistics teams to ensure timely and safe transportation for models to and from job locations.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and any special requirements for models.
    • Monitor and manage the schedule of models, ensuring punctuality and preparedness for each assignment.
  3. Safety and Compliance:
    • Ensure that all bookings comply with Seemo Social’s safety protocols and industry regulations.
    • Conduct safety briefings and provide models with necessary information for each job.
    • Handle any emergencies or issues that arise during assignments with professionalism and efficiency.
  4. Administrative Duties:
    • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, contracts, and financial transactions.
    • Prepare regular reports on booking activities, sales performance, and client feedback.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and policies.

3 days on field and 2 days from office/home Field visits are proposed by you or your manager and must be approved by your managerTransportation to the field will be provided/compensatedAverage working hours is 9 hrs per day, we are objective oriented you must ensure a handover over your direct manager or peer prior signing offWeekend will be determined either Saturday/Sunday or Thursday/Friday depending on the business needs periodicallyWorking hours can reach up 16 hrs per day in peak times
