* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field. * At least 3 years of progressive experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of achieving online sales growth.* Demonstrated practical experience with e-commerce platforms is essential (e.g., Wuilt, Shopify, Amazon, Noon, Jumia).* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing)* Proficiency in web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics)* Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies and A/B testing* Excellent analytical skills and the ability to transform data into actionable insights.* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.* Excellent communication, interaction, and leadership skills.* Previous experience in healthcare, medical device, orthopedics, or related industries is highly preferred.
