We’re looking for Business Development Specialist to support our outbound sales efforts. The BDS will be assigned a focus region (UK/EU, North America/Australia, or GCC) and will be responsible for generating leads, booking qualified meetings, and helping convert prospects into signed clients. This is a target-driven role, ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, are confident communicators, and understand outbound tools and metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform outbound prospecting via emails, LinkedIn, or cold calling.
- Book qualified meetings with decision-makers (CEOs, HR Heads, IT Heads etc.).
- Support the sales team in nurturing leads toward conversion.
- Manage outreach and pipeline using Zoho CRM, and Google Sheets.
- Clearly communicate our EoR value proposition tailored to each region.
- Maintain accurate reporting of activities and pipeline status.
Qualifications & Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation or telesales in offshore account.Experience in UK, Europe, USA, Canada, or GCC.Fluent in English with a neutral accent.Hands-on experience with any of the followings is preferred: - Apollo (cold outreach automation) - LinkedIn Sales Navigator (prospecting) - Zoho CRM (pipeline tracking)Strong organizational skills and self-motivationExperience in SaaS, Tech recruitment, or global staffing is a strong plus.
