Account Manager - BTL Marketing Agency

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BTL marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-lasting client relationships. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and driving successful campaign execution.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop BTL marketing strategies, including events, promotions, and direct marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and present campaign proposals, reports, and performance analyses to clients.
  • Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in account management within a BTL marketing agency or similar environment.Strong understanding of BTL marketing tactics and best practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
