We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager with a strong leadership personality and a proven track record in administrative management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting strategic goals, developing and executing operational plans, building and managing a high-performing team, and enhancing the overall performance of the office.
Our location: 23 Youssef Abbas St, Ash Sharekat, Nasr City, Cairo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative and operational plans aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Select, build, and lead an efficient and effective team; oversee performance and ensure continuous development.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
- Prepare periodic reports on the execution of work plans and achievement of targets.
- Drive improvements in operational and administrative efficiency through effective analysis and problem-solving.
- Coordinate and ensure alignment between departments and teams.
- Oversee the professional appearance and conduct of the office and staff.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Apply best practices in agile management or product ownership when needed.
