HR Administrative Assistants

  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
  • Manage the department’s telephone center and address queries accordingly
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
  • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Responsible for reservations in hotels and booking air tickets.
  • Responsible for events and conferences arrangements.

 


University degree.maximum age 32 Years   Very good in English language and Microsoft Office.Excellent communication skills.Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.Resident in Cairo nearby Nasr City.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
