:Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support to users (onsite & remotely)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Log and track support tickets and escalate when needed
  •  Assist in setting up and configuring workstations and IT equipment
  •  Maintain documentation and follow IT policies
:Requirements
  •  Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
  •  Familiarity with Google Workspace, Kaspersky, and SonicWall
  •  Good troubleshooting and communication skills
  •  Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude
  •  Knowledge of ticketing systems and IT service management is a plus
  •  Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus
