- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the power, automation, or energy solutions sector
- Manage the full sales cycle from technical consultations to commercial closure
- Conduct detailed client meetings to understand needs and present tailored technical solutions
- Collaborate with technical office and presales teams to prepare proposals, BOQs, and tender documents
- Deliver persuasive presentations and demos to clients, showcasing solution benefits and ROI
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic clients
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth in line with company objectives
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new technologies (especially Schneider-based systems)
- Represent the company in exhibitions, client visits, and project kick-off meetings
- Provide post-sales technical follow-up and support where needed
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:B.Sc. in Electrical / Mechatronics / Energy Engineering3 to 5 years of experience in technical or solution-based sales (Power / Automation / Smart Systems)Previous experience with Schneider Electric products is a strong plusProven success in managing sales pipelines and closing B2B dealsStrong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skillsFluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)Proficient in Microsoft Office + CRM tools
