Human Resources Generalist

  1. Communication and coordination with hiring managers
  2. Posting the vacancy & screening the CVs
  3. Schedule and conduct the HR & Technical interviews.
  4. Preparing an offer letter for the shortlisted candidate
  5. Getting approvals on the offer and communicating it to the candidate
  6. Upon receiving the acceptance of the offer, send the required employment documents.
  7. Communication with other departments to request the needed hiring tools.
  8. Manage the onboarding of the new employees.
  9. Coordinating & attending employment fairs.
  10. Coordinate & negotiate with giveaway providers.
  11. Assist in the OD projects

Excellent communication skills.Interviewing skills.In-depth understanding of different departments’ tasks.Time Management and prioritization skills.Suitable bachelor’s degree.Experience from 1-3 years in the same field.
