- Assist in drafting and posting job posts across various platforms.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking databases and internal records.
- Support in conducting reference checks and follow-up documentation.
- Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, or internal employer branding initiatives as needed.
- Provide support to the HR team in day-to-day operations.
BSC in any relevant study, from a reputable universityprevious experience from 1-2 years.Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques.Open mind to learn new technology.Very good in written and spoken English is required.Excellent communication skills.
