The ideal candidate will have a strong background in relationship-building, cross-functional collaboration, and project management, with an ability to drive mutual value through partnerships.
Bachelor’s degree in control, electrical engineering.
3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or a related role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence and build rapport.
Experience with CRM systems and partnership tracking tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strategic thinker with an analytical approach to evaluating partner performance and ROI.
Identify, evaluate, and engage potential partners aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and collaborators.Develop and negotiate partnership proposals, contracts, and agreements.Monitor and manage the performance of existing partnerships to ensure mutual success.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, legal, finance) to execute partnership plans.Maintain accurate records and reports on partnership activities, pipeline, and impact metrics.Represent the organization at external meetings, events, and conferences.Continuously assess market trends and opportunities for strategic collaboration.
