Medical Sales Representative

  • Responsible for contracts related to medical insurance companies.
  • Keep detailed records of all contacts.
  • Win new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones.
  • Responsible for the percentage of retention and acquisition of the physicians
  • Meet and, exceed sales targets, regularly monitoring your business plans to make sure achieving this.
  • Plan work schedules weekly and monthly timetables, discuss future targets with the Sales manager and branch manager.
  • Regularly attend company meetings.
  • Maintaining onsite clinics monthly.
  • Analyses sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated.
  • Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector.

Has a good relations with medical insurance companiesMedical background Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical insurance industry.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to make external visits and travel within the assigned territory.Strong organizational and time management skills.Knowledge of insurance companies, policies, and regulations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
