Oversee On-Site Project Execution: Directly manage and supervise all architectural aspects of construction projects on-site, ensuring adherence to design specifications, blueprints, and quality standards.
Coordinate Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the design team, contractors, clients, and other consultants, facilitating effective communication and prompt resolution of on-site issues.
Monitor Progress & Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control checks and regularly inspect work to ensure compliance with architectural drawings, specifications, local building codes, and safety regulations.
Manage Schedule: Track project progress against the established timeline identify potential delays , and implement proactive solutions to keep the project on track.
Review & Approve Site Documentation: Critically review shop drawings, material submittals, and requests for information (RFIs), providing timely feedback and approvals to maintain project flow.
Problem-Solve & Risk Mitigate: Proactively identify potential design and construction conflicts, propose practical solutions, and mitigate risks to ensure the successful and efficient completion of architectural components.
Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.Extensive Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive work experience as a Civil Site Engineer.Construction Site Proficiency: Proven track record of successfully managing complex Civil/ Architectural projects from conception through to completion on active construction sites.Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of Civil and Architectural design principles, building codes, construction methodologies, and material specifications.Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage diverse teams and client relationships.Problem-Solving & Decision Making: Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under pressure and effectively resolve complex on-site challenges.
