- Create and adapt design assets for various marketing campaigns including social media graphics, brochures, print ads, packaging, in-store visuals, and web banners.
- Assist in maintaining visual consistency across all brand touchpoints in accordance with GLC Paints’ brand guidelines.
- Support senior designers and marketing team with concept development and creative execution.
- Retouch and edit images as required.
- Prepare files for print production and ensure technical accuracy.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 0–2 years of professional design experience (internships/freelance work considered).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus. Basic understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit. A portfolio showcasing creative work is required.
