HR Specialist
- Location: Egypt
- Monthly Salary: Starting from EGP 15,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
- Required Experience: Minimum 1 year
- Industry: Retail & Sales

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Egyptian labor law.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process with a focus on hiring talents suited for the
retail environment.
• Maintain employee records, leave, attendance, and other related HR data using digital
systems.
• Work on improving the internal work environment and boosting employee satisfaction.
• Prepare regular performance reports and submit recommendations to management.
• Ensure company compliance with all legal requirements related to labor and social
insurance.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably within the retail sector.
• Solid understanding of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.
• Proven experience working with ERP systems for HR management (e.g., SAP, Oracle,
Odoo, etc.).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
