• Create and update products, component cost, create estimated cost for new tenders, follow up and solve costing problems.
• Follow up factory layout situation and create proposals for new projects.
• Prepare and follow up technology improvement plan, technology training plan and cost saving plans.
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
• Manage cost and time constraints on SAP and make cost saving studies to minimize the cost of products.
• Perform process simulations and risk assessments
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions
• Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures
• Examine existing processes and suggest improvements
• Investigate any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations
• Create monthly and weekly reports to increase accuracy and decrease errors and production issues.
• Analyze monthly production orders cost variance reports.
• Update the manufacturing database to make the updated costing of the product according to the market raw material prices.
• Share the layout information and calculate the production needs to achieve the targeted productivity in the new layout.
• Study the technology system input, output, bottleneck nodes and the ways to solve them to achieve high performance and efficiency
• Assist CPD and CSD to produce product and Spare Parts Catalogues
• Fulfill additional tasks as per job needs and as assigned by own supervisor
