- Lead the Talent Acquisition strategy and ensure alignment with the company’s objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for all departments, with a focus on technical and construction-related roles.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Develop partnerships with universities, platforms, and recruitment agencies.
- Monitor hiring metrics (such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire) and optimize sourcing strategies.
- Supervise and develop the recruitment team, ensuring high performance and consistency.
- Represent the company at career fairs and industry networking events.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.Minimum 12 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Construction industry experience is a must.Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.Strong knowledge of recruitment systems, sourcing tools, and employer branding strategies.Immediate availability is preferred.
