  • Receive and process leads.
  • Follow up sales team inputs on CRM
  • Coordinate between departments to issue clients contract
  • Contacting clients by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Maintaining and updating sales and client records.
  • Providing daily, weekly & monthly-required reports.
  • Directing feedback from clients to relevant departments.
  • Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
  • Handling the operations on CRM (Adding Leads on CRM, Assigning Leads to the sales team)
  • follow up the feedback and sales comments, the rotation of the lead on the CRM.
  • Assisting in quality assurance regarding (Making sure that sales calls are going well)

From 2-3 years experience in real estate companies.Very good knowledge in CRM & MS officeOrganizedSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachBachelor’s degreeMales onlyExcellent communication skills.
