- Develop detailed MEP designs and specifications, leveraging AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP (HVAC), or similar software
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure full integration of MEP systems.
- Plan and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources across multiple MEP projects .
- Conduct site inspections and oversee installation, testing, and commissioning phases .
- Ensure MEP works meet drawing specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Identify and resolve complex MEP issues during construction or commissioning .
- Perform technical clarifications and design modifications as require.
- Supervise junior engineers and on-site teams, providing technical guidance and performance feedback
- Foster professional growth within the MEP team and ensure high team performance standards .
- Enforce adherence to local/international codes, standards, and client specifications.
- Implement inspection protocols, KCs, QA/QC procedures, and HSE compliance .
- Prepare technical reports, daily/weekly progress updates, as-built drawings, RFIs, and change orders .
- Maintain documentation on site installations and regulatory approvals.
- Act as primary MEP liaison for clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors .
- Contribute to value-engineering opportunities to optimize costs whilst preserving system performance
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in MEP works related to interior fit-out and high-end finishing projects.Strong background in MEP coordination and a solid understanding of architectural and structural drawings.Proficient in AutoCAD, with proven ability to prepare both design and shop drawings. Capable of preparing accurate BOQs and quantity take-offs on site.Experience in fast-track project environments, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to resolving site issues.Responsible and reliable, with the ability to independently initiate, follow up, and close out tasks.Excellent communication skills, capable of coordinating with site teams, consultants, and subcontractors.Based in Cairo, available for immediate or short-notice joining. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
