  • Inspecting installations and erections by contractor on site

  • Following up the execution and timetable with the contractor to ensure the completion of works in a timely manner.

  • Reviewing material submittals and data sheets of mechanical equipment in line with specifications and design documents.

  • Reviewing shop drawings for mechanical systems (HVAC - Fire Fighting - Plumbing - Infrastructure).
