Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate product registration, re-registration, and variations with EDA.
Manage importation approvals and customs clearance for skincare and make-up shipments.
Oversee EDA inspections, prepare labeling and documentation, and resolve any issues.
Submit product samples to EDA labs (e.g., NODCAR) and follow up on analysis.
Maintain accurate filing of certificates and regulatory documents.
Manage supplier registration and maintain the Importers Register.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Chemistry or a related field.Certification in Regulatory Affairs or relevant training is a plus. Experience:5-7 years of experience in regulatory affairs, importation, or working with EDA regulations.Experience in handling documentation, inspections, and approvals for shipments. Knowledge & Skills:Knowledge: Strong understanding of EDA regulations and cosmetic/pharmaceutical product registration processes. Skills:Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EDA online portals
