Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all pharmacy branch operations, ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-performing environment for both staff and customers.
• Supervise and provide direct leadership to shift managers, pharmacists, and pharmacy staff, ensuring all team members adhere to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Set clear performance goals for staff and support their achievement through coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback.
• Coordinate and monitor daily activities, ensuring efficient workflow and smooth shift transitions.
• Ensure the pharmacy meets all regulatory requirements, patient safety standards, and internal control procedures.
• Contribute to enhancing the pharmacy’s clinical services (e.g., blood pressure monitoring, blood glucose monitoring)
• Offer ideas to expand the pharmacy’s services and increase its impact
