- Support the concerned litigation team member in preparing litigation case files as outlined in Allianz Egypt Legal guidelines
- Assist in structuring, organizing, and maintaining a litigation archive for all Allianz Egypt's cases
- Collaborate with the litigation team to manage and prepare all documents and arrangements required for assigning cases to external law firms
- Conduct legal research assigned by the litigation team to support the preparation of legal advice, opinions, and reports
- Provide pre-assessment reports for new litigation cases
- Follow up with external lawyers on the status of Allianz Egypt’s litigation cases and update related logs and reports
- Prepare payment documents for third-party lawyers after reviewing the agreed legal fees and services provided
Monitor legislative developmentsDemonstrate knowledge of a wide variety of substantive legal disciplines, including corporate law, accounting standards, insurance, supervisory matters, contract law, and litigation processesSet and ensure quality standards for agreements and other legal documentsProvide legal advice in complex regulatory and insurance law matters1–2 years of experience in practicing law is preferable
