We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Call Center Sales Representatives to make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries. Your goal will be to close sales, upsell services, and meet performance targets while providing an excellent customer experience.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner
Present and sell products/services using approved scripts and techniques
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Follow up with leads through calls, emails, or SMS
Update customer information and call records accurately in CRM systems
Handle objections and turn them into opportunities
Provide feedback on customer trends and market insights
Proven experience in a call center or telesales environmentExcellent verbal communication and persuasive skillsAbility to handle high call volumes and maintain a positive attitudeGoal-oriented with strong time management skillsBasic computer proficiency; experience with CRM tools is an advantageHigh school diploma required; additional certifications or sales training are a plus
