Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying properties.
Conduct property showings, and market analysis.
Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers and negotiate on behalf of clients.
Coordinate property closings, oversee signing of documents, and ensure legal compliance.
Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, property values, and neighborhoods.
Build and maintain client relationships for repeat and referral business..
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Proven experience as a real estate agent
Experience 2-3 in real estate companies ( Separates Projects )
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficient in MS Office and real estate CRM
Compensation:
Base Salary + Commission
