About the Role
We are looking for a creative, detail-driven Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team full-time. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with advanced animation skills, a strong design eye, and the ability to transform static assets into engaging motion visuals across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities
* Conceptualize, storyboard, and design motion graphics for brand videos, campaigns, events, social media, and digital content.
* Animate typography, illustrations, and graphic elements using After Effects and other industry-standard tools.
* Collaborate with content creators, video editors, designers, and marketing teams to bring cohesive visual stories to life.
* Manage time and tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
* Stay updated on motion design trends, animation techniques, and relevant technologies.
* Integrate sound design and music to enhance the impact of animations.
* Perform quality control checks to ensure consistency, precision, and brand alignment.

Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or related field✔ 4+ years of experience in motion graphics or animation design✔ Mastery of Adobe After Effects, with strong skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro✔ Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D animation tools is a big plus✔ Deep understanding of motion principles, typography, color theory, and design composition✔ Strong storyboarding, visual narrative, and concept development abilities✔ Capable of working with sound effects and audio syncing✔ Excellent communication and team collaboration skills✔ Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure✔ A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating creative motion work is mandatory❗Do Not Apply Unless You Meet All of the Following Requirements:* A proven motion design portfolio/showreel* Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects* Minimum 4 years of experience in a related full-time role* High proficiency in design principles, storytelling, and animation techniquesPreferred (Bonus) Skills* Knowledge of Lottie animations, HTML5 or UI-based motion* Experience in video editing and working with live-action footage* Familiarity with sound editing tools like Adobe Audition* Awareness of UX/UI principles and interactive motion design* Understanding of branding systems and how motion fits within them"Please share a link to your Behance profile or any portfolio platform where we can review samples of your work."
