• Coordinate daily operations between various departments.
• Organize communication among departments (HR, Finance, Legal, Technical, etc.).
• Manage and coordinate administrative correspondence.
• Archive and organize paper and electronic mail.
• Follow up on contracts and administrative documents in coordination with the legal department.
• Organize administrative files and records.
• Assist in overseeing daily administrative operations.
• Monitor office maintenance and office supplies.
• Participate in preparing periodic reports for senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within construction or real estate development companies.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel and Word).• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.• Discipline and time management skills.• Accuracy in handling details and information.• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work within a team and under pressure.
