- Planning and implementing electrical maintenance procedures and coordinating maintenance activities with department heads.
- Participating in the development of preventive and corrective maintenance plans for farms.
- Working on repairing breakdowns related to farm machinery and equipment.
- Supervising technicians and ensuring that their tasks are performed efficiently and as required.
- Monitoring the performance of maintenance technicians during farm sanitation periods and coordinating their maintenance schedules.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.Proven experience in maintenance of electrical systems, ideally in agricultural or industrial environments.Strong knowledge of farm machinery, automation, and control systems is a plus.Ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians.Excellent organizational and communication skills.
