Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Telesales Representative to join our remote team and support sales efforts targeting the Saudi Arabian market. You will handle inbound inquiries, engage with potential clients, and promote our accounting software solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills and a basic understanding of financial or accounting concepts to effectively represent our products.
Accounting cloud-based software called Alostaz.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and qualify leads
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable software solutions
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations
- Maintain strong client relationships to support ongoing sales efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Accurately track interactions and updates in the CRM system
