• Study the market and identify new opportunities and projects in the construction and contracting field.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and consultants to understand project needs.
• Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals until awarding.
• Prepare quotations according to project specifications and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to prepare drawings and technical offers.
• Negotiate with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Follow up on contract procedures and convert opportunities into actual projects.
• Attend technical and site meetings when needed.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure future project continuity.
• Submit periodic reports on sales activities and potential opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or equivalent).• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical sales or business development in the contracting field.• Good knowledge of construction projects, technical specifications, and local regulations.• Strong communication and presentation skills.• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD, Primavera, or project management tools is preferred.• Valid driving license (as required by site needs).
