Performance Design & Alignment Manager

• Validate and update KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Conduct orientation sessions on KPI frameworks.
• Maintain a centralized KPI dictionary with definitions and methodologies.
• Ensure consistent KPI tracking across all hospitals.
• Facilitate alignment sessions for target setting and cascading goals.
• Monitor and evaluate performance trends and recommend improvements.
• Support departments in interpreting and acting on performance data 
 


Qualifications• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, or Organizational Development.• 6+ years in performance management or strategic planning.• Strong facilitation and communication skills.• Experience in KPI setting and measuring.Tools & Applications• Strategy Tools: Balanced Scorecard, OKR platforms• Documentation: SharePoint, MS Word• Presentation: PowerPoint• Project Management• Data Tools: Excel, Power BI (for visual alignment tracking
