Role Profile:
Fraud Prevention Specialist is responsible for detecting, analyzing, and preventing fraudulent activity. This role plays a key part in implementing effective fraud detection strategies, analyzing transactional data, and supporting internal teams through Salesforce administration and system support.
Role Responsibilities:
Fraud Prevention:
- Compile and review data collected from various sources.
- Review transactions in a manual review queue for fraudulent behavior and identify trends.
- Provide fraud rule recommendations based on data and trends to improve fraud detection.
- Good understanding of fraud risks, and risk management processes to identify and monitor fraud risks in eCommerce.
- Respond to real-time fraud attacks.
- Produce necessary reporting for Sr. Management.
- Maintain metrics for measuring the success of fraud detection/prevention strategies.
- Manage special projects as assigned.
- Maintain high level of ethics and confidentiality.
- Foster teamwork and collaborative environment to meet objectives.
Salesforce:
- Manage all aspects of Salesforce user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
- Implement Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
- Import, update, and export data from Salesforce.
- Provide user support, troubleshoot issues.
Experience in eCommerce, fraud detection tools and loss prevention.Proficiency in Excel (formulas, formatting, pivot tables)Familiarity with IT systems and data management tools.Strong analytical and research skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent time management.
